Shipping Information

We are excited to offer you FREE standard shipping (2-6 days) on all products with NO minimum purchase required!!

1-2 day shipping is a $25 flat fee. No minimum purchase required.

Our products are in stock and ready to ship within 24 business hours.

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked through usps.com. You will receive an email with your tracking information and order confirmation.

Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped out on the next business day.

We currently ship domestically to all states except for Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska and South Dakota. If you have any questions regarding the ship to states, please contact us.



Return Policy

We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason.

In order to receive a full refund, we ask that you contact our customer service at 401-678-6420 or customerservice@bak2basicsllc.com to obtain a "Return Item" authorization number. Please post this number on the outside of your shipping package. Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date. All  products must be returned unopened and undamaged. There is a $5 restocking fee per item, this fee will be deducted from your refund issued. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds are issued within 48-72 hours upon receipt of the "Returned Item". We will refund the same credit card number that at was used for the original purchase. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your account.
